Quayview Apartment in Looe is a first floor apartment in the heart of East Looe with views over the river. It could not be more conveniently situated with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, the river a stones throw away, the beach within a 5 minute walk and the huge bonus of a reserved parking space.

A comfortable lounge area has two large sash windows from where the views can be enjoyed, ample seating, flat screen TV and DVD player and electric fire. Leading off the lounge area is the dining area with table and 6 chairs and the kitchen which is fully fitted with gas cooker and hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer drier. The family bathroom also on this floor has bath with electric shower over, wc and wash hand basin.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one family room with double bed and additional single if needed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a third single bedroom. The property has wifi as well as a supply of board games and DVDs. Unfortunately these have had to have been temporarily removed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
